For class on Friday, October 13th. You will need to develop your own workout routine. You can work with your group or individually. Obviously during lifting you will have to coordinate with your group members to spot each other throughout your workout.
Requirements: - Minimum 2 core lifts (bench/incline/squats) using 5-3-1+ from BFS Charts - Upper & Lower body lifts included (combo day) - 6-8 Lifts included - This needs to be written/typed as it will be turned in at the end of class.
