Weight Training & Conditioning I
Welcome to Weight Training & Conditioning I.  I look forward to getting to know each of my students and helping you to learn ways to build and maintain your physical health.  We will work hard and push past what you previously thought you were capable of to achieve your fitness goals.  

During a normal week we will have the following schedule.
Monday:           Lifting Day
Tuesday:          Conditioning Day
Wednesday:    Lifting Day
Thursday:         Fitness Thursday/Choices
Friday:               Lifting Day

Weight Training & Conditioning II & III
Welcome to Coach Shaffer's Weight Training & Conditioning II & III classes.  This class is 3rd period for the Spring Semester.  We will meet in the main gym on Tuesday, January 22nd.  We will register for Google Classroom and do our argumentative writing assignment the first 2 days of class.  We will begin changing out on Thursday, January 24th.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
During the Spring Semester we will be going through our Google Classroom for workouts.  Students will be responsible for keeping and submitting a workout log.
