Weight Training & Conditioning II & III
Welcome to Coach Shaffer's Weight Training & Conditioning II & III classes. This class is 3rd period for the Spring Semester. We will meet in the main gym on Tuesday, January 22nd. We will register for Google Classroom and do our argumentative writing assignment the first 2 days of class. We will begin changing out on Thursday, January 24th.
