I am going to suggest that if you have chosen to turn your fitness log in via app that you download the JEFIT app. It is a free app available for iPhones & Androids. It also has a website. Download the app or visit the site and create an account. You will need to add me as a friend. My username is: CoachShaffer.
The following instructions are as if you are using the app.
Under the "Me" tab you should click/touch your username. Next click on "Privacy" and make sure under "Who can view your training/body status, you select FRIEND.
To create an exercise log, simply click on "Calendar Logs" under the "Me" tab. Click on the date that you would like to create an exercise log for, then click on the weight icon at the top. To add a lift/exercise, click the "+" button on the top right corner. Select the lift and fill in the appropriate information and click "Save" **For me to be able to see what you have done you will need to click on the sync button on the top right corner of the "Me" screen each time you update your calendar.**
