Every student will turn in a fitness log at the end of each week. The fitness log should specifically detail what your activities have been during your Weight Training & Conditioning class. Per your signed agreement, you have chosen on method of getting the information to your teacher (see list below). Make sure you are very specific about what lift you performed, how much weight was lifted, and the number of repetitions & sets. An example would be as follows:

Exercise: Bench Press
Set 1: 145 lbs, 15 reps Set 2: 155 lbs, 12 reps Set 3: 165 lbs, 10 reps
Exercise: Incline Press
Set 1: 110 lbs, 15 reps Set 2: 115 lbs, 12 reps Set 3: 120 lbs, 10 reps
Exercise: Hammer Curls
Set 1: 40 lb. dumbells, 12 reps Set 2: 40 lb. dumbells, 12 reps Set 3: 40 lb. dumbells, 12 reps
Thursday, September 15, 2016 (Conditioning Day)
Ran intervals of 400m, 300m, 200m, 100m. Completed the cycle 4 full times and stopped with the class after completing 400m and 300m of the 5th cycle.
